Nasdaq first close above 4,000 since the DotCom crash

FXstreet.com (San Francisco) – Wall Street traded higher on Tuesday as investors are confidence the Federal Reserve will maintain the status quo through the 1Q 2014. The Nasdaq Composite achieved an old milestone as the Composite closed above 4,000 for first time in 13 years.

Stocks came off highs in the last hour and closed flat on the day as investors took profit ahead Wednesday ‘last’ practical trading in November before Thanksgiving and investors are aware of the end-month rebalance.
