New members and customers
Our support staff will register you for our learning platform Adobe Connect once you sign up. You will receive one email from us and one email from Adobe Connect.
The registration process can take up to 72 hours. Let us know if you wish to change your display name.
You will receive your login info sent to the email address you used when you registered/paid from Adobe Connect and also an email PnL Trading confirming your Adobe Connect account has been created. Check your spam box if you can’t find the email from Adobe Connect.
You DO NOT NEED to use the website www.pnltrading.com login information after your registration and Paypal payment. Unless you are going to make a new purchase.
We do however post news and content on the website’s blog and news pages which are public.
All LIVE and archived webinars and video courses are hosted on Adobe Connect websites. Read more below.
The login info you will receive is for the Adobe Connect website/software and not this website.
We do not have access to your Adobe Connect password. You can always reset your Adobe Connect password using your username/email (forgot password function).
During webinars
The webinar presenter is unable to help you with personals technical problems.

After webinars
Copies of public and member webinars will be uploaded to the webinar rooms after 1-7 days. If you have membership access or if the webinar is public you can use the webinar link in a browser to view the webinar recordings.
For copies of mentoring session recordings you need to email and they will be sent out to you after 1-7 days. These are private recordings!
Subscriptions
We use PayPal and other processors as a payment provider for subscriptions. All subscriptions can be handled through your PayPal dashboard.
The Company
PnL Trading is owned and operated by the Swedish company Zand Trading, Meteorvägen 15, 302 35 Halmstad, Sweden.
Zand trading will appear on your bank statement after payment.
